Google has taken down crypto wallets and exchanges from the Play Store that don't have a license.
In the US, they need to be registered with FinCEN or have bank status. In the EU, they need to be authorized by CASP under MiCA.
As a result, wallet and exchange applications are now compelled to demonstrate compliance with AML/KYC programs, proper licensing, and regional authorization to stay available.
