The words "Absolute Zero" come to mind, which is 0 Degrees Kelvin, the premise is that it cannot possibly get any colder, no heat in at all. Problem with the idea: there's always a way for heat to enter, even is subatomic traces. Got that with Decentralization, someone always wins/loses, so it fails.
