Take for example; Adam sends Lisa an encrypted data. Lisa received the data and found out that Adam hid the person’s information to keep their privacy protected. Lisa notices that she can work with the data that Adam made visible for her to see without decrypting the whole information about the person. So, she works with the data regardless of whether it has been decrypted or not because the result will still remain the same in both forms.
