In 2022, we established Web3 Comics LLC, a U.S.-based, tax-compliant company incorporated in Annapolis, Maryland. We also secured U.S. Trademark and Copyright protections for Web3 Comics™ and Cyber Hornets™. To diversify, we launched the Animus NFT collection, introducing action-posed PFPs and offering investors access to our physical comics. Unfortunately, the bear market and insufficient marketing funds slowed its momentum. Our community remains resilient, with nearly 10,000 Discord members and a core group of ~50 active investors. I’m confident that as market hype returns, our “swarm” will re-engage, creating opportunities to incentivize activity (e.g., token rewards for X engagement). Personally, I’ve invested over $36,000 and countless hours into this vision. Our company holds ~10% of the Cyber Hornet supply in reserve, while I personally own ~3.5% of Cyber Hornets and ~5% of Animus NFTs.
