Everybody is talking about L2 interop, why nobody is talking about @baseapp.base.eth <> Dapp interop where we can directly pay with wallet to execute contract actions on any chain. Flow would be like pay with coinbase wallet using any token -> swap and bridge -> execute contract calls on destination chain.

First it was base layer -> multiple L2s -> L3s and now we are moving towards staking -> restaking -> restaking on top of restaking. Why optimisation in web3 is about adding one more layer on top?
