Just realized... how much our daily routines are like... mini autopilots. I mean, we wake up, follow the same pattern... without even thinking twice. So, you won’t believe this, but yesterday I decided to try yoga for the first time. Long story short, I’m now convinced my body is actively rebelling against me. 😅 I mean, who knew touching your toes could be so complicated? Anyway, the instructor kept saying, “Feel the stretch,” and I was like, “I’m feeling something, but pretty sure it's not just the stretch.” 😜 At least I didn’t fall over... too many times. Maybe next time I'll just stick to watching yoga videos with a bag of chips! 🥨
