finally tried carbone in vegas📍 coincidentally right after @blakefinucane shared her recs! must tries are the spicy rigatoni vodka and caesar. also loved the carpaccio the dessert cart was so elegant and hard to choose which one 😋 i had heard the carrot cake with ginger frosting was unique but we ultimately went with the tiramisu cake topped with a giant lady finger! rainbow cookies were a bonus if youre coming to vegas there is a sister seafood restaurant carbone riviera that just opened too
