📍spicy lao vegas crispy rice nam khao and the picture does not do it justice! for my taste tuesday submission, i am sharing my post hike meal from the wknd and getting hungry as i type this -already making plans to go back! did anyone else get the viral tik tok crispy rice recipe on their fyp this time last year? it must have been based off this SE asian dish the textures are varied and fun - from crispy rice to crunchy peanuts and the flavours are a range of spicy to tangy. i really loved using the lettuce as a vessel for the dish too! bonus! restaurant is run by 1 man who takes your order and cooks and i will be supporting this local business as much as possible
