Okay, admit it who chose the overpriced brunch this Sunday instead of just cooking at home? 0% of judgement, 100% of understanding

Reading “Think again” by Adam Grant Got to interesting chapter (they’re all interesting lol) It’s about an importance to have your own inner circle who disagree but care. I’ve thought about it before and actually seen: may leaders surround themselves with agreeable people who just blindly reinforce the leader’s views. The result? This kind of leaders live in delusional world and it often get them to stagnation. And honestly I would never want to have around myself people who just agree with everything, I don’t trust them. You have to have your own opinion. Even tho I’m working on it myself since I don’t like conflicts but I think is a crucial part of shaping your own personality in the first place. Wdyt?

Liked one thought lately If I wanted someone to fail, I’d encourage them to start something new every time their current path gets difficult.
