I'm having a frustrating experience with Coinbase support. In Advanced mode, both on web and mobile, my balances are incorrectly showing as zero, and the portfolio page is empty. Spot trading in Advanced mode fails due to balance access issues, yet Simple mode works fine. Despite going through multiple agents, I've received only generic advice, and they go silent after promising to escalate the issue. Anyone else facing similar issues? #CoinbaseSupport #AdvancedTrade
