I'm 2 weeks into Beachbody's Body Beast program. So far, each workout has driven my muscles to exhaustion in ways my prior PPL routines (3-4 sets, 5-8 reps) haven't. I also started supplementing with creatine. Feeling good about the it, but it's early. .
Can't tell whether the program itself is good, or just benefitting from muscle confusion associated with a new program. Note: married with 2 young kids, so I get my 45-50min workout in at 6am every morning
