Learning how to balance becoming a mom with being an ambitious career woman I overcame it by realizing careers are long and windy, and are marathons not sprints, so I was ok to lean out and lean in at different times

I have found web3 a great place where Iโ€™m not afraid on asking questions and people are quite supportive. I havenโ€™t had still a challenging experience but I would like to hear others.

Imposter syndrome. I think there are a lot of people good at sounding experienced/smart. Turns out, you probably have more to offer than you think.

In it now. I can speak to the overcoming part. Allowing myself to just sit w/& actually feel the emotions- rage, grief, relief- process them & not internalize any of it. Iโ€™ve worked in male dominated industries for decades & not internalizing weak men wielding the patriarchy is the whole game.
