Hello friends, I will try to write on topics in which I have expertise: support of crypto/non-crypto projects and sometimes something from the history of art and about a costume (I am addicted on this topic with my costume profession and my soul is always open to it), Yuki (my dog) will also remain in my casts, I am not sure about shitcasting 🙈, however, I will leave it for my-human needs 🙃. Where did I get my expertise in support? I worked for several years in real companies before crypto and then for several years in crypto companies (several of them survived and continue to work 💪). Support is always a non-monetary part of the company's work, that is, support does not bring money to companies and in the most difficult times is always the first to be optimized (reducing expenses on this area in the company). But, at the same time, it maintains reputation, increases loyalty, helps improve the quality of products, and promptly respond to the performance of products. These are not all the points, but this is a topic for a separate cast/casts/posts. Thanks @alitiknazoglu for supporting my thoughts and pushing me to try something else

Hey, farcaster fam. Why a Crypto Project Needs Support: From Bugs to Community Let’s dive into why user support isn’t just a nice-to-have but an absolute must for any crypto project aiming to not just survive but totally rock the scene. First off, crypto’s about people, not just code and blockchains. Users roll in with a ton of questions: “Where’s my tokens?” or “Where in the frame is my rating?” or “Why NFT mint not working?” etc. Without support, they’ll either bounce in a panic or start dunking on the project in chats and socials. And trust me, nobody wants that drama. Quick, clear help is like a warm latte on a chilly day—it builds trust instantly. In a world where everyone’s worried about getting rugged, trust is pure gold. Then there’s the tech side—glitches are just part of the crypto life. Transactions get stuck, smart contracts act up, and interfaces can feel like a maze. Support’s the one grabbing your hand and guiding you out of the chaos. Without it, folks will just say “screw it” and jump ship to a competitor who gets them and points them in the right direction. Heaven help us, you can tip from all sorts of apps, there’s a gazillion blockchains, and even more DEXes out there. Newbies? They’re a whole vibe. Crypto can feel like a spooky forest—cool but intimidating. Support’s like the friendly guide who doesn’t yell but calmly shows you the way, so you don’t lose your coins or fall for phishing scams. The easier it is for newbies, the more stick around, and that’s rocket fuel for a project’s growth. Reputation’s a big deal too. One cranky user can stir up a storm on Telegram or Twitter that’ll take ages to clean up. Support’s like the rapid-response team, putting out fires with answers and solutions before things spiral. It’s like having a superhero squad ready when the sparks start flying. Support’s also the project’s ears. It catches what users love, what drives them nuts, and passes it to the team to level up the product. It’s like a built-in idea machine—figuring out what to tweak or add to make things even smoother. Without it, you might spend years building something nobody asked for. Security’s no joke either. Scammers in crypto are like mosquitoes in summer—everywhere and annoying. Support teaches users how to dodge fake sites or phishing traps. It’s not just care; it’s protection for both the users and the project’s good name. And let’s talk loyalty. When someone gets help with a stuck transaction or warps that did not come to balance at 3 AM, they don’t just say “thanks.” They turn into superfans, hyping the project to their buddies and posting “these guys are legit!” Word-of-mouth in crypto? That’s like a turbo boost. Oh, and in some countries, support’s non-negotiable—regulators want projects to stay in touch with users, especially for stuff like KYC or AML. Plus, when crises hit—network crashes, hacks, you name it—support’s the voice saying, “We’re here, we’re sorting it, hang tight.” Bottom line? A crypto project without support is like a spaceship without a pilot. Sure, you can blast off, but where are you landing? Support keeps the course steady, helps users out, and makes the project feel alive. It’s not just a chat with answers—it’s the heartbeat of the community. No support, no soul.

Big Gm Farcaster fam! 🌐 Let’s break down the roles of marketing and support in crypto projects. Two teams, different vibes, same mission — make the project thrive. Wanna know the real tea? Read to the end. 1. What They Chase - Marketing: Hype machine. They’re out there dropping fire campaigns, shilling tokens, and pulling in new degens. Goal? Moon the brand and grow the userbase. 📈 - Support: The crew that’s got your back. 🙌 They fix stuck txs (through dev who knows how), explain gas fees, and keep you chill. Goal? Happy, loyal users who’ll say LFG. 2. What They Do 🛠️ - Marketing: Cookin’ spicy content — memes, threads, AMAs, airdrop hype. They vibe on X, drop dope visuals, and team up with KOLs to flex the project. - Support: Grindin’ in the DMs. Answer tix about wallets, debug smart contracts, and save you from phishing scams. They’re the tech wizards 🧙 behind the scenes. 3. How They Vibe w/ You 🗨️ - Marketing: Loud and proud, blasting casts to the whole Farcaster feed. It’s all about max reach, no DMs needed. Think megaphone, not whisper. 📣 - Support: 1:1 real talk. They’re in your replies or tix, solving your prob — like why your ETH didn’t land. Personal, not mass. 4. What They Track - Marketing: Countin’ likes, reposts, and token buys. They want those sweet, sweet conversion rates and a bigger community. GrowthGang - Support: Clockin’ response times and happy users. If they close 100 tix with 90% smiles, they’re poppin’. 😄 CSAT lite. 5. Tools & Flow ⚙️ - Marketing: Rockin’ Canva, Google Analytics, some Dune dashboards, Farcaster labels 😁 you know. They’re trendsetters, mixin’ creativity with data. - Support: Zendesk, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, GitHub, etc docs, chain explorers, and AI tools for speed. They’re tech nerds fixin’ bugs and calming degens. 6. Rep Game 🏆 - Marketing: They make the vibe. Dope campaigns and memes set the tone. If they miss, the project looks mid. 😬 - Support: They save the vibe. One bad response = FUD in the replies. Good support keeps the community hyped. 💪 7. Squad Collab 🤜🤛 - Marketing: Pings support like, “Yo, airdrop incoming, brace for tix!” They use support’s user tea to craft better ads. 🫖 - Support: Drops user pain points to marketing, like “Degens hate this UI.” Synergy, fam! 🌟 8. Skillz 💡 - Marketing: Wordplay, meme lords, SMM ninjas. They know how to make you FOMO into a token sale. 😈 - Support: Blockchain geeks with patience of saints 🧘. They speak EVM and calm you when your ui is stuck to tx. 9. Time Vibes ⏰ - Marketing: Playin’ the long game (project launches) and short game (daily casts). Always chasin’ the next viral moment. ⚡ - Support: In the now, fixin’ your issue ASAP. Long-term, they make the UX smoother than a 1 gwei tx. *TL;DR: Marketing’s the hype squad, pullin’ in the crowd. Support’s the glue, keepin’ degens happy. Together, they make crypto projects chef’s kiss. The real tea? In crypto projects marketing and support are often one person juggling both. 🧑‍🍳 What’s your take?

Attention Economy for @farcaster Kaito launched a few months ago, they reward Twitter users for creating content about different projects, and I wondered why Farcaster didn't have a platform like this, and after watching @inflynce on Farcaster, I didn't really understand the project, But after looking into all the details, I started to get more active here because it's a concept like Kaito, but Inflynce provides even better features to users. The team recently launched Inflynce Hub to Boost engagements in cast, and each user can earn rewards by completing more tasks, a normal active user on Farcaster with high mindshare can earn $5 or more per day depending on the tasks, which is one of the main difference between Kaito and Inflynce.
