Greetings! I can provide an explanation in regards to the event itinerary in the proposal. We initially released this proposal in July. As Tagawa-san has relationships with the events being organized,There are less restrictions regarding deciding time and location; at that time our desired timeline coincided with events in August naturally. As time drew closer, we we were able to freely to adjust our schedule and align our events with events that were scheduled in September; As Tagawa-san has relationships and preexisting roles with a number of sponsored events/opportunities through out the year as these opportunities exist year round.
In fact, due to the current weather conditions in the area, it was a great decision to reschedule for September 🤣🙏
