Running a social media account and building a personal brand is fine, but don’t undermine or criticize others. A harmonious team is key to cohesion. When I used to mentor newcomers at work, even if they didn’t perform well, I never criticized them. After all, all beings are equal. At the core, we are all just ordinary people, so who has the right to judge others' worth? At most, you might think that this job just isn’t their strength.
