I think the ICJ deserves more credit - they called it what it is, "plausible genocide" and were very clear in their language, Israel was always going to ignore a call for a ceasefire anyways More importantly, since Hamas is not part of the process, the ICJ *couldnt* call for a ceasefire anyways
