Appreciate the beauty: the world's most expensive and largest archaeological museum, which took almost 20 years to build, has opened near the Pyramid of Cheops in Giza.
It covers an area equivalent to 70 football fields, and the entire project cost more than $1 billion.
The Grand Egyptian Museum has about 100,000 exhibits, including the 4,500-year-old funeral boat of Khufu and the complete collection of treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb.
