Right now, we suffer from the heat, seeking refuge in the shade and coolness. In these scorching days, it feels like this trial is endless, and we yearn for the coolness of winter. Yet when winter arrives with its piercing cold and long nights, we suffer again, longing for the warmth of the summer sun. This is our human paradox: always desiring what lies beyond the present moment. Perhaps, in these contrasts, nature teaches us a lesson – to find harmony and appreciate each moment, whether it be hot or cold
