Balancing Web2 and Web3 is less about choosing a side and more about learning how to stand in two worlds without losing yourself.
Web2 pays the bills. It is structured, predictable, and built on systems that already work. Skills like writing, design, marketing, engineering, and community management still matter here. They are the ground beneath your feet.
Web3 carries the future. It moves faster, breaks rules, and rewards curiosity. It is where ownership shifts, communities become networks, and ideas turn into tokens, protocols, or cultures. But it is also noisy, uncertain, and not always stable.
The balance comes from strategy, not hustle.
