This year’s Criterium du Dauphiné has been full of surprises and they haven’t even raced in the mountains yet! Jonas attacked on the flat in the first stage, Milan showed once again that he’s one of the fastest sprinters (is he faster than Merlier?), Romeo finessed MVDP and others in stage 3. Yesterday, Remco crushed the competition and Jonas beat Pogi by a considerable gap. Who do you think will be strongest when the serious climbing starts? https://youtu.be/wT1K7CtO1Dk?si=FLWbMiQjhNulTvCP

Totally! Couldn’t have asked for a better Giro. Hopefully the Tour will be as entertaining 🤞 Any riders that surprised you or memorable performances?

Another great stage! This year’s Vuelta has been so entertaining. It will be hard to get a TdF that is this good

Nice, that’s a good way to get back into it! You do a lot more weight training than me haha (I have to do more) I joined a club when I started racing again and I get a training plan from the coach. It’s been so helpful! Keeps me accountable and training with a group makes it easier. Feel free to reach out if ever want to chat about training. Keep it up 💪

Cool! Seems like we have a similar profile. I ran cross country and athletics in university. I stopped for a little and I got back into it 3-4 years ago. Since I’ve been mostly competing on 5k and 10k on the road. I guess I’ll race a half at some point! How’s training been going?

That’s a tough one! I don’t know, but I hope he does. He couldn’t have a better team. Roglic lost a lot of time and he lost Jai Hindley. But a lot can happen in the mountains. What do you think? Also, did you watch the highlights of the last stage of the Tour of Hungry? Oliveira’s leadout was insane https://youtu.be/B_td5sXfQAU?si=nEwYCWwz4GtRuKeF

Me too! Well deserved for WVA. Super happy for Mexican fans. It’s great to see a rider from a country that doesn’t have a big cycling culture wear pink
