Nice, that’s a good way to get back into it! You do a lot more weight training than me haha (I have to do more) I joined a club when I started racing again and I get a training plan from the coach. It’s been so helpful! Keeps me accountable and training with a group makes it easier. Feel free to reach out if ever want to chat about training. Keep it up 💪

Cool! Seems like we have a similar profile. I ran cross country and athletics in university. I stopped for a little and I got back into it 3-4 years ago. Since I’ve been mostly competing on 5k and 10k on the road. I guess I’ll race a half at some point! How’s training been going?

That’s a tough one! I don’t know, but I hope he does. He couldn’t have a better team. Roglic lost a lot of time and he lost Jai Hindley. But a lot can happen in the mountains. What do you think?
