So proud of Magdeleine Vallières’ win yesterday at the world championships 🇨🇦⚜️ As a Canadian from Quebec (the province where she’s from) it makes me so happy to see a cyclist from our part of the world claim the rainbow jersey. This is going to inspire so many people. Winters are long and harsh in our part of Canada. Before turning pro, you spend almost half of the year inside, on your trainer. Once you make it to the big leagues, you move to Europe far from your family and friends. It’s not easy. But it makes me so happy to see that all the sacrifices she’s made paid off. Wishing her many more victories!
