that was (still is to be true) one of my biggest issues. started implimenting some changes after reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. if there really are lots of people struggling with that topic, i highly recommend reading the title. clearly explained, serving steps to avoid it

It was the first audiobook I ever listened to. It was so engaging that I finished it in 4 days. However, that was 2 years ago, and I have almost forgotten all the principles taught in the book. I am planning to reread it soon. For now, Tim Urban's blog on procrastination has kept me afloat.
