A decision was made to get rid of a couple of extra stubborn kilos. Steps taken: 1. Stopped buying sweets and pastries for home. 2. Started meal prepping for a few days ahead, so when I get hungry β€” I eat real food instead of snacking. By the way, that includes a pizza on cottage cheese dough β€” turned out super tasty 🀀
