agree mostly, but duna stuff idk I'm kind of bullish because I know first-hand how hard it is to do any real-world business stuff as a crypto collective/co-operative/dao or w/va; like owning land, building schools or national parks etc - worth a short imo (prefer onchain but we still have that origin story)
