Validators derive a significant proportion of their yield from proposing blocks - both proposer rewards on CL and tips on the EL. Since this leads to increased reward variability (which hurts small stakers) wouldn't it be better if there were no CL reward for proposing, or even a fee?
On the bird app I'm setting takes that today's block production issues are an argument to prioritise ePBS for Electra. I'm curious whether there is anything appealing approaching consensus around an ePBS design.?
Is your thesis that the first use case for USDT on Tron - transferring funds between CEXs - ultimately led to its wider acceptance? Was that just luck or did Tron promoters actively cultivate this user case and its community acceptance outside of this?
