Challenges in token design
-Prevention of manipulation: Some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be manipulated and therefore need to be carefully selected.
-Execution safeguards: A decentralized governance process or an objective third party is needed to ensure tokens are fairly unlocked.
-Selecting the right goals: Goals should be relevant to the long-term success of the project and reflect varying levels of complexity.
