Warpcast Announces Web3 Wallet Support
Warpcast has introduced a new login flow enabling users to authenticate using popular Web3 wallets such as MetaMask or WalletConnect. By leveraging Ethereum addresses, this feature allows participants to verify on-chain identities and seamlessly link them to their social profiles. This approach aligns with Farcaster’s overarching vision of data sovereignty, where users maintain ownership and control over their online footprint. In addition, wallet-based sign-ins help mitigate spam and bot accounts by introducing a verifiable layer of identity that is harder to replicate than standard email/password logins. @warpcast
