What I'm taking from what Joshua is pointing at here, is that to really scale this thing and keep good people onboard that are not interested in governance or the tech necessarily, those are the people that can really impact further discussions in the Web2 space. Nouns keeps on focusing on Web3 stuff. There are a lot of contributors here that have valuable connections but you can't put yourself and career on the line for Nouns if your reputation could suffer. Pitching is the most arduous process and all of the legacy brand managers that I've spoken to here in South Africa, just look at me and say: awesome stuff, but this looks like chaos, honestly I don't have time for this as the global teams need my kpi's executed or my job is on the line. It is a weird situation to be in with millions of dollars in the warchest...
