Poor people spend more than Rich people over time because they're not financially disciplined nor wise. A rich man can spend 100k on a spot to get foodstuffs at a cheaper rate that would last for a month. A poor man will spend 200k in a month just to keep buying little of that same food stuff. Do you get the logic ?
