It's been two years since my diagnosis too, and I just started taking meds a couple of days ago (nhs is slow)
I'm still on a low dose but was amazed by the effect. No way neurotypical folks have it so easy?
But I'm under no illusion that it's going to take away the constant effort needed to manage my condition.
