Stable coins is a market I cannot discuss enough. When this stable coin bill passes, ethereum will do the thing. Ethereum mainnet will likely house banking transactions, at least initially. Any smart bank will a private rollup for its internal ledger & export its own stable coin to Ethereum mainnet for permissionless use.
