Very true! We need off chain registries of EIP-712 messages and “explain” what these messages will do when signed (which is even harder than tx simulation)

It's a common misconception that simulation services will tell you won't get hacked!

Simulation only works for transactions, not for signatures. Most attacks these days are happening through Seaport signatures and it will only get worse with Uniswap permit2.
