Monad is a top highly capitalized L1 blockchain that is a major competitor to all EVM networks due to its breakthrough technology. The release date of the project is still unknown, but recent investments from top funds (a total of $225 million invested led by Paradigm) in Monad ecosystem projects supposedly beacon that the release is on the horizon. Personally, I'm expecting the token in Q3 or Q4 of this year. And airdrop will take place immediately with the project release in mainnet
