as any ADHD stricken builder, i constantly get lost
start shipping one thing, pivot to fix a bug, then spend 3 hours optimizing something nobody cares about
…and the more projects, the easier to fall off track 🥲
thats why when @disruptionjoe mentioned having AI advisors, i immediately (neglected other responsibilities &) implemented it inside ShipprOS
morning brief:
- scans my roadmaps, recent metrics & git commits to see moves the needle, or what strategically important tasks are being neglected
midday pulse:
- reviews morning's output to see if I shipped what should have been shipped or drifted again, then gives me shit about it
both run through the council skill @olelehman shared & update my to-do list for the day
