good overview of the long term problem with the trenches by @dwr.eth pure memecoins that go $1B+ at the moment get there because there is no execution risk from the dev e.g. animal coins imo this is the next 10x problem solve for launchpads, no one knows the answer many founders will die trying to find the answer, I am fortunately one of those founders π

He kinda lost me at the TS analogy. Impossible for Taylor Swift to do this as a tour involves hundreds if not thousands of different parties to coordinate a tour. She doesnβt make $2B net that is gross. You pay for the arenas, security, ushers, roadies, private jet pilots, etc. She as well of those involved are better off without her launching a coin. Stables on the other hand could improve the velocity at which all those folks are paid.

That is an excellent break down of creator coins and the psychological piece of it. I love how the possible answer is to have a prediction market that is time bound.

As long as the creator sticks behind it and doesnβt bail and try a new one to see if that sticks I think it shows they are trying.
