Conversations now live as append-only JSONL on the agent's filesystem, not in our database. Firestore only stores metadata: title, participants, and timestamps. The agent is the source of truth.
Every chat can be sealed by you using the SHA-256 hash of the transcript, a canonical manifest, and an EIP-191 wallet signature. ecrecover() verifies offline. Anchor-ready for Base mainnet.
One signature powers chat, transport, and agent registry. A SIWE nonce is converted into a Firebase custom token with uid = wallet address. No passwords. No sessions. No tenant lock-in.
Agents register live with no restart and no deploy. Each entry maps cleanly onto ERC-8004: portable, trustless identity for the autonomous agent economy.
