I think it's all about how well you can use AI. First, be as creative as possible. Then, AI will be able to handle some parts and not others. Start by building on what AI can do, and for the things it can’t do, find ways to work around them. Sometimes, you can even ask AI for ideas on specific areas you want to improve, like making the game more challenging or enhancing visual effects for a better experience.
Above all, you need to set very high standards for yourself — put yourself in the player’s shoes and ask: 'Would I find this game fun?' Then play it over and over again to fine-tune the balance, catch bugs, and fix them before releasing.
Most importantly, just get started. And if you run into anything difficult, feel free to ask — I’ll help however I can. 1 reply
