Base at $2B FDV in pre-market sitting at 60–65 cents. They're migrating off the OP stack. Fees that went to Optimism? Staying home now. More revenue, full autonomy. Starknet launched at $20B. Base is a bigger network. Yet it's pricing like a mid-tier L2. Frens, the market is just scared — it overcorrected after last cycle's burns. Two years to expiry. ~45–50% to the dollar. You're not finding that risk/reward elsewhere. This is one of the few pre-markets I actually believe in.
