Heatbit just put 20 Bitmain chips inside a water heater element. Bitwater: 34 TH/s on 600W, $899 preorder ($1,299 later), ships Q1 2027, US and Canada tanks only. Their own estimate is about $1 a day solo (approximate data, not confirmation), so payback is roughly 2 to 2.5 years and the yield is expected value, not a paycheck.
