lmaooo anthropic just snitch-tagged claude's own text output new models from aug 2 onward secretly stamp everything they write with an invisible watermark. copy it, paste it, edit it a bit, the tattoo mostly stays. images get C2PA papers too, basically a digital passport officially it's for EU AI Act compliance, unofficially every student who's been outsourcing their thesis to claude just felt a chill down their spine big caveat tho, even anthropic admits it's not snitch-proof, rewrite hard enough or keep it short and the mark disappears. old models still say nothing at all the golden age of "nobody will ever know" is quietly ending lol
