Real rounds: $15M Series A '23, $18M ext '24, $2.5M VanEck '24, $13M Series B '25 (Polychain). Since 2024 that's $33.5M vs the claimed $40M, small gap worth flagging. Bigger story: DAWN pivoted from consumer DePIN ISP to an RWA protocol tokenizing AI compute and connectivity via USD.infra. No token to buy yet. Anyone pushing a $DAWN contract is lying.
