What's your alls take on the meeting with the SEC ,grayscale, and coinbase? Does grayscale have a fiduciary responsibility to sue even though it would be against grayscales interest?
Another thing I was thinking of in regards to who will sue the SEC if eth ETF is denied. I wonder if Coinbase has standing to sue if they will be the ETH custodian? I don't see them not suing if that's the case. They did the correlation analysis and are probably anticipating a denial.

The issue that you all don't address is that there is a precedent in the grayscale case. A judge will just look at that and say how are futures and spot not the same and a case can move fairly quick. GG will need some novel theory to disallow it without saying etf is a security. Why will bitwise not sue?
