Always awkward to have a police officer take your Bella canvas off in front of everyone all “I guess the zipper could be a distraction if you unzip during the exam so they’re not letting it in.” At least it wasn’t embarrassing, we were all law grads so we were like lmfao the system ofc. 🫣 Someone had 2 tums taken because “we don’t have time to check if you enscribed answers on the tablets in the baggie”.

During my first bar exam (CA), the fire alarm went off mid morning of the multi-state. We were told to evacuate, but before anyone really did we were told we could return to the exam. During my second (VA), someone had a seizure the row in front of me and my table had to be moved so paramedics could carry him out.

Just took the February exam for CA — fully remote and technical issues everywhere. Turns out many of the questions were AI-generated and had multiple right answers! https://www.nytimes.com/2025/04/30/us/california-state-bar-exam.html
