I fully intend to write my own very broad, flexible "OGL" for Oz so that anyone can steal my client code and make their own modifications freely too, by the way. 

I specifically designed this 'lore story' to be used as a writing catalyst for others. I can't wait for people to meet those who've had amazing campaigns with all the custom pieces that built what is going into Oz.

Lore for initial campaign? Yes.

Mechanics that have been battle-tested (literally in TTRPG trials) yes.

Front-end application? Framework is there (Deckgl/Webgl solutions, Go-map style interface) being built to run as a PWA so virtually any browser or mobile device can run it, but worst case scenario I'd move to Unity if the day came to make it a proper standalone app. It'd have to reach a point of being like Illuvium I think though for that pivot.
