sorry to 'akshually muh nuance' but,,,

i do think it's a fair shout to call for working effortlessly. 

it's easy to fall into the dogma of thinking heads down grinding on something that 'feels hard' for 'a long time' will translate into success be because 'you believed in yourself'. many cycles burned this way. 

that doesn't mean it should be easy but mindfulness is key to understanding the difference between the friction of grind vs traction
