Today workout was 50' Z2. Every 10 mins try at least 1 min to focus on higher cadence.(~170 and up). At the end 2 strides Finally after 1 month and 1 week of ordering them.my ice spikes arrived. Impeccable timing 😂 (did not use them ofc)
