The answer is that it's not really, but is it not worth it? It's not either.
Because meme coins are born and survive from the community of that project.
The first history of a successful meme coin is Dogecoin, which emerged in 2013 and grew on the Reddit community.
The next generation continues to emerge and die (go bankrupt/people lose interest) in more than 99.99% of the projects that are born.
