Having a cortado at this lovely place in San Francisco and catching up with one of the most talented community builders in the city.
The last ten years, my work has been mostly location agnostic. Creating my own physical space now as “work” feels a lot like falling in love.
I want to spend all my time with the space. When I’m away from it, I can’t stop thinking about it. I have found myself feeling a little resentful of anything that takes time from it.
My coffee meeting here this morning reminded me why it’s very important to step away sometimes. Connecting with others allows ideas to emerge that couldn’t have in isolation.
The team that runs this space is always thinking of new ways to spark serendipity. Looking forward to creating some future programming with them and sharing it with you all.
