I honestly don’t know how to feel about the new season of Stranger Things. We waited for so many years and after all that hype the first four episodes just didn’t give me what I was hoping for. They’re not bad, but they’re definitely not delivering that mind-blowing, binge-worthy energy the show used to have. The pacing feels slow and I kept waiting for that moment that makes you scream at the screen, but it never really arrived. I’m still hoping the rest of the season picks up because the series has delivered some unforgettable moments before, but right now I’m just stuck in the middle, not sure if I’m impressed or disappointed. What about you, did it live up to the hype for you or are you just as confused as I am after this four-episode appetizer?
