Former BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes believes that Bitcoin needs to surpass its current $110,000 level and reach $150,000–$200,000 with stronger trading volume before altcoins can start rallying. Unlike the 2021 cycle when almost all tokens rose regardless of their real value, this time only a handful of projects can benefit.
